A large Chinese Publication Group and a French Book Group started negotiation on setting up a joint venture for book wholesale in China from early 2007. JC Master, engaged by the Chinese Publication Group as the Legal Counsel, provided legal service in the whole course of negotiation. The two Parties executed the legal documents regarding the joint venture setting up in June 2009. Recently, the GAPP approved the joint venture proposal.
