Recently, JC Master has been in discussion with a foreign institution on setting up an investment fund, the proposed size of which is USD 100 Million. The fund is designed to invest in the pre-IPO enterprises with a focus on the cultural industry and publication and media. The fund will also be related to artwork investment. JC Master will render legal service for the fund setting up and provide professional opinions in respect of fund investment and management.
