Recently, JC Master was engaged by a group company to provide special project legal services for its shipbuilding subsidiary. The subsidiary intended to buy two 22,500 tons bulk carrier and our firm advised on this deal. The scope of our services included
providing legal opinions, participating in relevant negotiations, drafting Ndsxcvb ecessary legal documents and so on.
JC Master attended the Congress of Jiangsu International Chamber of Commerce
Recently, the first congress of Jiangsu International Chamber of Commerce was ceremoniously held in Jinling Hotel. More than 300 representatives attended the congress, including various functional departments of the provincial government and provincial committee of Jiangsu province, trade promotion committee leaders, representatives of member companies and foreign institutions, etc.. Vice governor Zhang Weiguo also attended the congress and delivered an important speech. Justin Ma, senior partner of JC Master was invited to attend the meeting on behalf of the Bar Association of Jiangsu province. Attorney Liu Yonggang and Guo Rupu of JC Master were also invited to attend the congress.
JC Master was visited by China-Britain Business Council
On March 23, 2011, JC Master was paid a business visit by a trade mission led by chief representative Jiang Rui and trade services director of the China-Britain Business Council, Nanjing. Organized by UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and headed by international trade adviser of UKTI Qingling Guo, the trade mission consists of well-known British companies and organizations like Sherwoods Property, PanCathay Consulting, HR China as well as immigration and law firms. The parties conducted in-depth exchanges on potential cooperation opportunities and setting up a platform for trading and investment on mutually beneficiary base.

Recently, a large-scale harbor company in Jiangsu signed a share transfer contract with JC Master as the assignor’s lawyer. The estiamted value in the target company amounts to RMB 3 billion. JC Master established a working team leaded by senior partner Justin Ma. The team went through such transfer and provided legal services included assisting business negotiations, drafting legal documents and so on.
