A renowned vitamin production enterprise of Fujian Province has recently retained JC Master to represent it in a patent infringement litigation filed in United States District Court by a Japanese company. The American and Chinese attorneys have formed an attorney group consists of two patent lawyers from U.S. and two senior partners from JC Master: Daniel Yan and Jessica Liu. The attorney group plans to go to the Chinese respondent’s production site for preliminary discovery in this week.
These four members of the attornet group were the leading lawyers who successfully represented Nantong Foreign Trade Medicines and Health Products Co., Ltd in a “337” investigation launched by US ITC in 2009. |
