Recently, JC Master was retained by a Lianyungang-based company and provided legal services regarding its sale of a wholly owned subsidiary to a foreign investor. JC Master has set up a team led by senior partner Daniel Yan for this project. Representing the client, the team will negotiate with foreign investor’s advisors, assist client in making acquisition proposals and modify relevant acquisition documents. |
