A foreign shipping company represented by JC Master won in the first instance regarding its shipbuilding disputes
Recently, shipbuilding disputes between a foreign shipping company represented by JC Master and a domestic enterprise were heard and closed in Wuhan Maritime Court as Court of first instance. The judgment is in favor of our client. This case involves nearly 70 million Yuan of subject matter which requires high level commanding of expertise and skill. JC Master successfully represented this important and complicated case which fully demonstrated our professional competence in handling maritime disputes.
JC Master paid a study visit to Wuxi Bar Association
From July 2 to 3, Provincial Division of Jiangsu Bar Association organized lawyers directly under the Jiangsu Bar Association to pay a visit to Wuxi Bar Association. Early July, Female Lawyer’s Work Committee of Jiangsu Bar Association organized legal advisory activity to the Nanjing woman’s prison of Jiangsu Province to provide legal consulting services for the prisoners. Attorneys from JC Master answered prisoners’ most concerned questions regarding marriage and family, creditor’s rights and debt, etc. with detail.
