Recently, JC Master was engaged by a Heavy-duty Machinery Manufacturing Company in Xuzhou to provide legal service in connection with its share equity restructuring and introducing strategic investor. The enterprise, which the Xuzhou government gives priority to support, is currently one of the largest enterprises to produce concrete mechanical equipment in Jiangsu Province. It is also one of the first batch of backbone enterprises in “National Torch Plan Xuzhou Construction Machinery Industry Base”. |
