Recently, JC Master was engaged by a Jiangsu real estate agency to represent in a litigation sued in Jiangsu Superior People’s Court, concerning real estate dispute arising from the joint venture and cooperation development with a Nanjing property company as other party. The subject matter of case is RMB 6 billion yuan. JC Master has specially established a legal team with chief partner Justin Ma and senior partner Zhu Weijiang as case leader. The team has completed discovery procedure recently.
