From 18th to 20th November 2011, a forum on Chinese intellectual property rights practices has been held in Changsha. The forum was sponsored by National Bar Association of China, China Judgment Theory Research Institute and China Intellectual Property Research Association. The forum was attended by nearly 300 professionals engaged in intellectual property practices from all around the country and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Da Feng Port Successfully Issued $600 Million Enterprise Debentures
Recently, Da Feng port successfully issued $600 million enterprise debentures approved by National Development and Reform Committee (NDRC). The debentures issued are 6-year fixed rate debenture, along with the issuer’s option to escalating coupon rate at the end of third year and the investor’s put option. The annual coupon rate of the debenture is 7.98%. JC Master was engaged as the special project legal consultant for this enterprise bond issuance.
Phoenix Group Issued 1 Billion yuan of MTN Successfully
Phoenix group has successfully issued Medium Term Note (MTN) for 1 billion yuan a few days ago, after being registered in National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. The MTN issued this time is 3-year term of fixed rate mid-term note with annual coupon rate of 5.78%. JC Master was engaged as the special project legal consultant for this MTN issuance project. |
