Recently, JC Master represented a state-owned assets group in the case of reconsideration motion of enforcement objection in Jiangsu Supreme People’s Court. With the effort of senior partner Wang Wende, Jiangsu Supreme People’s Court adjudicated to repeal the original order made by an Intermediate People’s Court, which ordered to add this stated-owned assets group to be the additional party subjected to enforcement proceeding. With the success of this case, the amount of 650 million RMB of state-owned property of this group will not be exposed to potential enforcement risk. The work done by JC Master has been recognized with high praise from high-level officers in municipal government and SASAC of Nanjing. |
