On 13 Feb. 2012, Jiangsu provincial government held the video and telephone conference on the province’s securities and futures works, in order to carry on research and deploy of the works necessary for the reform and development of capital market. This conference was attended by the officers from cities across Jiangsu province, the responsible person of each listed company, the companies intended to be listed, the business institutions of securities and futures and the intermediary organs in the province. Partner Li Wenjun, representative of JC Master, attended this meeting. In 2011, Jiangsu has newly increased 46 domestic listed companies and the direct financing amount coming from IPO was nearly RMB 48 billion. Both figures ranked no.2 nationwide. JC Master served as issuer’s lawyer for three companies’ IPO (002553 SOUTHERN BEARINGS, 002559 YA WEI SHARES, 300160 XIU QIANG SHARES). |
