In order to improve the awareness and the ability of the young lawyers’ career planning, with a better capability to position themselves in a reasonable and accurate way, JC Master invited Mr. Wei Wenkui, the general manager of Yangtong Development and Investment Co., LTD, Jiangsu on Feb 24 to provide guidance on career planning for young lawyers with his own experiences in professional career.
The young lawyers improved the awareness of the importance of career planning and life orientation for their developments through this communication, and view this event as a coaching for them to identify the right life direction. Meanwhile, Mr. Wei Wenkui recommended a set of books to young lawyers such as Commitment to Excellence, Built to Last, Swing that have had impacts on his career development. |
