On 16th March afternoon, JC Master invited Mr. Zhu Xian Guo, professor of Intellectual Property Academy in Nanjing University of Science and Technology, to make a presentation on “Legal System of Patent, Tort Responsibility Identification and its Defense Implementation” to the Firm. Lawyers of JC Master presented this presentation and communicated and exchanged ideas with professor Zhu. Professor’s presentation was very insightful and informative with unique perspective. The presentation touched both legal theory and cases in practice, which enabled to explain the profound theories in simple terms. This event was a valuable chance to enhance lawyer’s awareness on legal theories of intellectual property laws and regulations. |
