Recently, JC Master was engaged by Jiangsu Phoenix Publishing & Media Group Co., Ltd. to provide specialized legal services for its bidding of“Bibliotheca of Guoyun Library”. Li Yuanyang, Senior Partner of JC Master, has made a public speech regarding the bidding battle of “Bibliotheca of Guoyun Library” between Phoenix Group and Peking University (http://collection.sina.com.cn/yjjj/20120618/115171660.shtml). According to the reply from the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, Phoenix Group succeeded in gaining the ownership of “Bibliotheca of Guoyun Library” eventually. |
