JC Master Organized CS Expanding Training
In order to improve the cohesion and team awareness of lawyers and staffs and to enrich their spare-time cultural lives, JC Master organized the activities of CS expanding training and BBQ for all lawyers and staffs at Sun Yat-Sen Mausoleum expanding training base on 26 May.
This activity not only enriched young peoples’ cultural lives, encouraged the communication between the lawyers and staffs, but also enhanced the team bonding of JC Master.
JC Master Carried out actively the Activity of SHOW LOVE, DONATE CLOTHES
In terms of advocate for constructing a harmonious society, spreading over the dedication spirit and let the poverty people living in remote mountains feel increasing social care and warmth, JC Master called for all people of the Firm to join in the activity of SHOW LOVE, DONATE CLOTHES on 16 May. The activity was responded actively by many lawyers and the staff. In just over 10 days, JC Master had received more than 100 pieces of clothes, which were carefully assorted and packaged followed by post to Shangri-La County of Yunnan Province on 5 June.
The cause of caring donation has a long way to go. JC Master is committed to carry out similar public welfares undertakings each year at regular intervals to pass the love forward for the contribution of social harmony.
YANGJIE ELECTRONIC’S IPO APPROVED and JC Master Engaged as Issuer’s Lawyer
On 5 June, 2012, with the examination and verification of Issuance Examination Commission of CSRC in the 46th meeting of 2012, the IPO application of Yangzhou Yangjie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was approved. JC Master was engaged as issuer’s lawyer for this public issuing, who provided diligent and comprehensive legal services for the client.
From May 28 to June 6, chief partner Justin Ma, on behalf of JC Master, attended the International Law Firm Alliance’s annual meeting of 2012 held in Barcelona, Spain. More than 100 lawyers from nearly 60 law firms across the globe participated in this event, and fully exchanged opinions on multinational cooperation, the development of legal service products, etc.
Justin Ma specifically exchanged cooperation intent with lawyers from Turkey, Russia and Spain, etc. and determined the cooperation mode. This meeting decided the Asian-Pacific Regional Annual Meeting of the International Law Firm Alliance to be held in Shanghai, China, on September 27, 2012, which will be hosted by JC Master.
JC Master Provides Specialized Legal Services for Phoenix Group’s Bidding for “Bibliotheca of Guoyun Library”
Recently, JC Master was engaged by Jiangsu Phoenix Publishing & Media Group Co., Ltd. to provide specialized legal services for its bidding of“Bibliotheca of Guoyun Library”. Li Yuanyang, Senior Partner of JC Master, has made a public speech regarding the bidding battle of “Bibliotheca of Guoyun Library” between Phoenix Group and Peking University (http://collection.sina.com.cn/yjjj/20120618/115171660.shtml). According to the reply from the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, Phoenix Group succeeded in gaining the ownership of “Bibliotheca of Guoyun Library” eventually.
