Recently, JC Master was engaged by a large-scale investment company to provide specialized legal services for its investment in a development project of an eco-tourist resort located in a coastal city in Jiangsu. This project will make use of the exploited hot spring resources and focus on themes such as health and fitness, ecological protection, etc. The total investment of this project is expected to reach RMB 15 billion. JC Master has established a legal team with Chief Partner Justin Ma as project leader. |
