Recently, JC Master has been engaged by a large-scale PE to provide specialized legal services for its cooperation with a Dutch high-tech firm on a project of in-vehicle telematics system. This project focuses on the development and application of the in-vehicle telematics system, and its total investment reaches 100 million yuan. JC Master has established a legal team, led by Chief Partner Justin Ma. With the assistance of the legal team, a joint venture for this project has been founded formally, and will come into service soon. |
