At the beginning of New Year, Justin Ma, the managing partner of JC Master, had a trip to Hong Kong, where he visited several local law firms and had communication with the peer lawyers and other related experts. He further exchanged opinions and information with them regarding Chinese company IPO Listing and M&A in Hong Kong as well as commercial litigation and arbitration. JC Master places a high value on Hong Kong market and will expand its legal service there.
