Partner at JC Master Invited to Give a Lecture for 2013 Enterprise Legal Advisor’s Training
On May 11, over 200 enterprise legal advisors attended Legal Advisor’s Practicing Training held in Jiangyu Hotel. Jessica Liu, senior partner at JC Master, gave a lecture on A Summary of American 337 Investigation and Law Practice about the characteristics of 337 Investigation of United States International Trade Commission, IP litigation prevention of Chinese companies, as well as cross-examination language techniques of American litigation. Jessica’s lecture was highly acclaimed by other attendees.
Charity Auction Hosted by Partner at JC Master
On May 19, the charity auction, as the activity by Commission of Female Lawyers of Jiangsu Bar Association and Young Lawyers, was successfully hosted by Jessica Liu, senior partner at JC Master. Justin Ma also donated a painting to it. The commission shall contribute over RMB 20,000 collected from the auction to the growth of young lawyers.

Recently, JC Master published Anthology of JC Master which was written by lawyers of the firm. It comprises the firm’s influential cases covering stock issuance and listing, debt financing, real estate and infrastructure, 337 investigation, foreign-related legal service, labor dispute, significant lawsuit, etc, which exhibits the talent and wisdom of the lawyers. Furthermore, JC Master will renew the cases in it.

On May 28-29, 2013, Jessica Liu, senior partner of JC Master, was invited to attend The Second Cooperation ＆ Exchange Conference of Legal Service on International Commercial Affairs and Trade Fair of International Service Trade in Beijing; motif of the conference was promoting legal service on international commercial affairs and company globalization. Officials or Personnel of Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Commerce, Beijing Municipal Government, National Bar Association, Alliance of International Lawyers, The US-China Legal Exchange Foundation, as well as partners of law firms in the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai etc attended the meeting.
