On June 20, Justin Ma, managing partner at JC Master, as the member of Academic Committee of Jiangsu Law Society, attended 2013 Legal Studies Review Conference on Bidding Projects held by Jiangsu Law Society in Huadong Hotel. There were 69 projects to be reviewed; Justin was in charge of the review of the projects concerning Civil and Commercial Law, Civil Procedure Law, Economic Law and International Jurisprudence.
Senior Counselor at JC Master Sharing His Practice Experience with Young Lawyers
On June 21, Commissar Xiaohua Zang, senior counselor at JC Master, shared his practice experience with young lawyers. He introduced the historical development of Chinese Military Court, jurisdiction difference between military courts and local ones, difference between military lawyers and lawyers in general, etc. Commissar Zang was the trior as well as chief judge of the First Military Court of the army and of the Military Court of Nanjing Military Region.
