Recently, JC Master was retained by a large scale ship foreign trading company of Jiangsu Province to represent it in a ship building dispute case against a Jiangsu shipping company. The ship foreign trade company consigned the Jiangsu shipping company to construct two ships of 75 meters long, and 6 other types of ships. Later the shipping company was in economic distress, which led to seizure of the 8 ships by the court.Under the efforts of lawyer Wang Wende of JC Master, finally, the court releases seizure of the ships, which guarantees timely delivery of the ships and avoids abandoning of the ships by the owner and the subsequent losses. |
