On 28^thApril, Attorney Justin Ma, the chief-partner of JC Master, was invited to attend the inaugural ceremony of“Legal Counsel Team for Taiwan Merchants of Service Work in Jiangsu” and was retained to be the member of the team. The responsibility of the service center for Taiwan merchants is to protect their legitimate rights and interests and strengthen their concept of rule of law. The establishment of “Legal Counsel Team for Taiwan Merchants of Service Work in Jiangsu” is intended to provide better legal service, propagandize the idea of law, and create better legal environment for the development of Taiwan merchants.

 

      Recently, JC Master was retained by an Architectural D&R Institute in Jiangsu to provide legal service for its acquisition by a listed company through share issuing and asset purchasing. The Architectural D&R InstituteArchitectural Design focuses on architectural design and has the following qualifications: certified grade A of constructional engineering and air-raid sheltersengineering, certified grade B of urban planning and design, certified grade B oflandscape engineering design, certified grade C ofpower transformation engineering and certification of pressure piping GB2, GC2 design.

 

      On 15th, February, partners of JC Master were invited to attend the special listing ceremony of an agricultural loan company’s successful listing in “three new boards”. On August 2014, JC Master was retained to provide special legal services for this agricultural loan company in applying for its listing in “three new boards”. During the special legal services, JC Master was highly spoken and appraised by the company and institutes.
