On September 24, the senior partner of JC Master Offices, Zhu Wei Jiang, represented the Firm to participate in the Trade and Financing Symposium.

      The Legal Committee of ICC in Jiangsu Province was founded on April 17, 2015. It is internal organs of ICC of Jiangsu Province, whose purpose is to provide legal services for enterprises, integrate the advantageous legal resources, construct a legal platform for law affairs discussion and experience exchanging, accomplish standardization of companies management in our province and assist enterprises in prevention of legal risks jointly in business running.

      In this symposium, ICC DOCDEX and ICC CHINA invited the LC expert Mr. Lin Jianhuang to give a lecture entitled as LOOK BACK TO THE EVENT OF QINGDAO PORT. In this lecture, Mr. Lin expounded specifically the financing trade and constructing trade. Mr. Xiao Bing, the professor of Southeast University Law School, delivered a speech about the trade financing risks and precautions, covering conception of financing trade, features, risks and preventions of the actual financing trade and fake trade financing. Mr. Li Hongjian, the vice president of third civil court in the superior people's court of Jiangsu Province, gave a lecture about some cases in LC and independent guarantee withholding payment, and he made an excellent talk combing judicial interpretations and points issued by the Supreme People’s Court and the superior people's court of Jiangsu Province with specific cases in trial practice. Lawyer Zhu Weijiang, who represented JC Master, had a full communications with the experts in the symposium about the risk prevention in foreign trade companies.
