In 2013, JC Master was engaged by a forging company to represent a case of dispute on sales contract between the forging company and the electrical and mechanical company. In November 2009, the forging company entered into the sales contract and the technology agreement with the electrical and mechanical company concerning purchase of the hydraulic press and hydraulic slicing press and other equipment. Since the products, customized by the Electrical and Mechanical Company, have technical defects, can neither be used to continue the work of debugging and acceptance, nor fulfill the task of final delivery and acceptance as technology agreement and supplementary agreement. As a result, these customized equipment and corollary equipment have to be left unused for a long period of time, which has caused a huge economic loss to the Forge Company.

      The court had heard this case for more than ten times. In the effort of the team leading by lawyer Zhu Weijiang, the court finally made decision that the mechanical and electrical company breached the agreements and paid for the compensation for losses suffered by the forging company equal to RMB over twenty million yuan.
