JC Master engaged as legal counsel by two corporations in connection with IPO Application |

In March 2008, a Changzhou corporation has engaged JC Master as counsel to render legal services in connection with IPO documentation. Meanwhile, a Shanghai electric company has also engaged JC Master as counsel to render legal services in connection with restructuring the enterprise’s corporate structure for the purpose of positioning itself for IPO at an opportune time. The corporate restructuring task has been completed in May 2008. |
