JC Master has been engaged by a Yangzhou Group as Specific Project Counsel to provide legal advice in connection with the Group's cooperation with the Korean Enterprise Kumho Asiana Group. The total investment in this cooperative Project reached Sixty-five Million US Dollars. The Yangzhou Group and the Korean Group have entered into a cooperation agreement on June 28, 2008. |
