A US Public Company to acquire a Nanjing High-Tech Enterprise

A US NASDAQ company intends to acquire a Nanjing High-Tech Enterprise. JC Master has been engaged by the Nanjing Enterprise to serve as counsel in providing legal services related to Negotiations and documentation of Acquisition Resolutions, Acquisition Agreement, JV Contract and Corporate Articles.   

JC Master to serve as legal counsel for a HK listed company in connection with real estates investments in Shanghai.

JC Master has been engaged by a Hong Kong listed company as legal counsel in connection with the formation of a strategic business arrangement and investment in a hotel-style apartment and office building in Shanghai.
