A listed company in Hong Kong has recently successfully executed a Reorganization Agreement with a Seaport Operations Group located in Central China. According to the Agreement, the listed company in Hong Kong shall infuse additional investment capital into the Chinese Seaport Operations Group; and the Chinese Seaport Operations Group shall become a Sino-HK Joint Venture Enterprise. JC Master serves as the Specific Project legal counsel for the Listed Company with respect to the reorganization event.
