JC Master has recently been appointed by a large Nanjing Group Enterprise as its legal representative before the Supreme People’s Court of PRC in connection with a court hearing on an Assets Dispute matter arising from the Group’s return of Central Finance Investment. The result is currently pending in the Supreme Court.
