Recently, the 2008 Annual Conference of the International Law Research Institute of the Jiangsu Institute of Law Research was held at the Nanjing Normal University. Professor Sun Nan Shen, Dean of Fudan University Law Research Institute; Professor Xia Jin Wen, Vice President of Nanjing Normal University; Professor Gong Yan Tai of the Law Research Institute of Nanjing Normal University; Professor Chen Li Fu, Director of the Jiangsu Institute of Law Research, and many other renown legal professionals attended this year’s Annual Conference. Justin Ma, Esq., Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Institute of Law Research, who is also the Managing Partner of this law firm, and Li Yuan Yang, Esq., another law partner of this firm were also invited to attend this year’s Annual Conference.

A Reorganization Agreement has been successfully executed between a listed company in Hong Kong and a Seaport Operations Group located in Central China.

A listed company in Hong Kong has recently successfully executed a Reorganization Agreement with a Seaport Operations Group located in Central China. According to the Agreement, the listed company in Hong Kong shall infuse additional investment capital into the Chinese Seaport Operations Group; and the Chinese Seaport Operations Group shall become a Sino-HK Joint Venture Enterprise. JC Master serves as the Specific Project legal counsel for the Listed Company with respect to the reorganization event.

JC Maste to represent a large State-Owned Enterprise in a huge-sum Assets Dispute before the Supreme People’s Court of PRC

JC Master has recently been appointed by a large Nanjing Group Enterprise as its legal representative before the Supreme People’s Court of PRC in connection with a court hearing on an Assets Dispute matter arising from the Group’s return of Central Finance Investment. The result is currently pending in the Supreme Court.

A Cooperative Agreement has been entered between a large Domestic Trust Company and a British Trust Company

Recently, a large Domestic Trust Company has entered into an Agreement with a hundred-year old well-known British Trust Company, where using each other’s advantages, shall engage three years of cooperation in areas of Equity Trust, Voting Trust, Third Party Escrow and Employees Beneficiary Trust.  JC Master shall serve as ongoing legal counsel for both parties.
