JC Master has been engaged by a Yangzhou Group as its Specific Project Counsel to provide legal advice in connection with the Group's cooperation with the Korean Enterprise Kumho Asiana Group. The Yangzhou Group and the Korean Group have entered into a Cooperation Agreement on June 28, 2008, and the Joint Venture has formally established in November, 2008.
