Lawyers of JC Master attended the Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting of the International Alliance of Law Firms, 2008

As the only member from mainland China, JC Master Law Offices sent a two-lawyer team, Justin Ma and Jessica Liu, to attend the Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting of the International Alliance of Law Firms, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from November 20 through November 22, 2008.  The meeting consists of delegations from Malaysia, UK, New Zealand, Australia, HK China, Japan, Singapore, and Canada.  The agenda of two-day meeting focused on the strengthening of the regional cooperation and the sharing of the legal resources.
JC Master is one of the core members of the Alliance. The participation in the Kuala-Lumpur Meeting has further enhanced its exposure by thorough exchange of ideas with other lawyers from all over the world.

JC Master has accepted the appointment by a well known International Corporation in representing an Arbitration action in China.

JC Master has been engaged to provide Pro Bono Services to a private citizen involving a dispute between the Private Citizen and a Governmental Agency, where the Private Citizen has suffered damages due to unlawful administrative actions on the part of the Governmental Agency.

JC Master to participate in servicing the Merger and reorganization between a large State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) and a Privately-held Enterprise, and its acquisition of an ST listed company

JC Master has accepted the appointment by a large SOE as its fully authorized representative in the organization, negotiation of its Merger and Reorganization of the assets of a well known Privately-held Enterprise, and in activities related to its Acquisition of an ST listed company.

The Seaport Project whose formation has been participated by JC Master is now put in operation

A large seaport project whose formation has been fully participated by JC Master has celebrated its inauguration on October 28, and is formally put in operation.
