JC Master has been engaged by a Construction Engineering Enterprise in Nanjing to serve as Specific Project Counsel in providing legal advice in connection with the Enterprise's reorganization and IPO. The work on the establishment of a newly formed joint-stock limited company with the primary initiator being this enterprise has been completed; and the joint-stock limited company has been set up since the end of November, 2008.
