JC master engaged by a foreign investment Industrial Campus as legal counsel |

JC Master has accepted an engagement from a foreign investment Industrial Campus to act as its legal counsel in handling a matter regarding the performance of two Construction Agreements. The value of the matters involved amounts to 50 Million RMB. The planned area of the Industrial Campus is 140,000 m2 with the total investment up to 0.2 billion US$. It is estimated that the Industrial Campus can accommodate over 40 foreign enterprises and will make an important platform for them to set up and run business in China. Part of the lawyers from the Foreign Direct Investment and the Litigation Department has got involved into the negotiation and document drafting of the case. |
