On 31st December 2008, the Closing successfully completed in the acquisition of equity interests of a Nanjing High-Tech Enterprise by a US NASDAQ Company. As specific project counsel for the Nanjing-based enterprise, JC Master plays an important role in the project, participating in the whole course of Negotiation, making Acquisition Plans, drafting and revising Acquisition Agreements. |
