JC Master was retained as Chinese lawyer by an export-oriented enterprise in Nantong who was launched a 337 investigation by USITC. Lawyers of JC Master and their counterparts from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati will collaborate to prepare noninfringement defense for this enterprise.  Presently the lawyers from China and US have finished the early on site investigation.  The enterprise will start to test a new protocol soon as strategy of noninfringement defense.

The enterprise was also encouraged to respond by the officers from Chinese MOFCOM, DOFTEC, Jiangsu Provincial Government and Nantong government.
