JC Master engaged by a US listed company in the industry of alcohol manufacturing to identify distributors in China

JC Master has been engaged by a US listed company which manufactures alcohol to identify distributors in China and to provide relevant legal services.

JC Master engaged in an USITC investigation pursuant to Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930

JC Master was retained as Chinese lawyer by an export-oriented enterprise in Nantong who was launched a 337 investigation by USITC. Lawyers of JC Master and their counterparts from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati will collaborate to prepare noninfringement defense for this enterprise.  Presently the lawyers from China and US have finished the early on site investigation.  The enterprise will start to test a new protocol soon as strategy of noninfringement defense.

The enterprise was also encouraged to respond by the officers from Chinese MOFCOM, DOFTEC, Jiangsu Provincial Government and Nantong government.

JC Master was engaged by a large Group Company in the industry of track transportation to provide legal service in connection with introducing strategic investor. In accordance with the agreements were executed, the Group Company will transfer 25% of its shares and introduce investment of RMB 450 Million from a private equity investment fund.
