A US professor renowned in the chemical engineering industry will act as expert witness for the respondent.  The professor is coming to China soon and will pay a site visit to the manufacturing plant for the preparation of the expert report.  Lawyers from JC Master and US lawyers from WSGR law firm will also collaborate to work on-site.
