JC Master, engaged by a Cambodian investor, rendered legal service in specific project regarding purchase of major assets of a domestic enterprise. The consideration of the transaction amounts to RMB 100 Million. After negotiation for approximately one month, both parties concluded the Agreement of Asset Transfer and other documents, and the closing was accomplished pursuant to the Agreement.
