Jessica Liu, Partner at JC Master, paid a 7-day visit to Czech Republic recently.  She attended negotiations with a couple of Czech banks in respect of bank loan credit of Czech company with affiliated Chinese WOFE in Nanjing. She also provides legal consultation regarding Chinese Guarantee Law to Czech company and its subsidiary company in Nanjing.
