JC Master Became the Cooperative Member of China (Jiangsu) Intellectual Property Aid Center  
 
On 25 August 2009, China (Jiangsu) Intellectual Property Aid Center (JSIPAC) held a Press Conference, announcing that the Interim Measures for the Aid of China (Jiangsu) Intellectual Property Aid Center took effect as of this day. The officials of Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office granted certificates to the cooperative members of the JSIPAC at the Press Conference. Lawyer Klaus Wang represented JC Master, one of the first 12 members, to attend the certificate granting ceremony.
 
JSIPAC, established in May 2008 with the approval of the State Intellectual Property Office, is a regional institution of intellectual property (IP) service with the aim to help citizens, legal persons or other organizations of Jiangsu Province out of difficulties concerning IP rights protection and to assist them in improving their capability to deal with disputes concerning IP, especially significant IP infringements and foreign-oriented IP disputes.
 
As the first 12 cooperative members, JC Master will provide service for the government, enterprises, and the social public in the following areas:
Consultancy concerning IP laws and regulations, the application procedures, and etc;
Representing IP litigation;

Legal service concerning significant foreign-oriented IP disputes.

Ms. Zhi Suping, Vice-Director of the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office, and other officials announced that the Interim Measures for the Aid of the China (Jiangsu) Intellectual Property         Aid Center took effect.
