Recently, JC Master was engaged by a large Nanjing-based Group to provide special legal service in connection with the purchase of three Printing Companies. According to the requirements of the client, JC Master conducted Due Diligence, provided legal advice concerning the purchase based on the result of the Due Diligence, and drafted related legal documents. Presently the Group formally concluded the purchase agreements with the three Printing Companies.
