Recently, JC Master engaged by two large enterprises, represented clients in two cases regarding guarantee dispute. The two cases are under trail separately in the Higher People’s Court of Jiangsu Province and the Intermediate People’s Court of Wuxi. The two cases, with complex legal relations and several focal points, involve case values of RMB 35 Million and RMB 17 Million respectively.
