In order to expand insurance business in the Mainland China, the American International Assurance Co., Ltd (AIA) chose JC Master as legal counsel on their list to deal with issues related to insurance investigation, insurance disputes, labor law, etc. The Insurance Group at JC Master will provide full support and all-around legal services for the AIA.

 

The development of the AIA in the Mainland China started from 1992. It was the first foreign insurance company permitted to engage in the insurance business in the Mainland China. At present, the business of the AIA has expanded to Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces.
