Three companies to which JC Master provided Special Project Legal Services successfully filed IPO and refinancing applications with the China Securities Regulatory Commission in December, 2009. Among these companies, one applied for Initial Public Offering, one listed company for Public Additional Issuance of A-shares and another listed company for Non-public Issuance of A-shares.
