The Partner of JC Master Participated in the Lawyer Discussion Held by the Ministry of Justice and the CCTV Dialogue Program
Attorney Liu Zhu, the Partner of JC Master, was invited to the discussion of national outstanding lawyers held by the Ministry of Justice on behalf of JC Master and exchanged views with the leaders of the Ministry of Justice and outstanding lawyers from other provinces and cities on issues of successfully implementing the Outlook of Scientific Development in the lawyer’s practice and giving full play the function of lawyers’ service for the society and the country. There were altogether 16 lawyers at the discussion. Besides Beijing, the five other provinces and cities from which the lawyers were invited include Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shaanxi and Sichuan. JC Master was the only firm invited to the discussion in Jiangsu Province. Meanwhile, the leaders of Ministry of Justice and the lawyers jointly participated in the production of the CCTV Dialogue Program on the topic of the discussion. The program entitled “Approaching Lawyers in China” was broadcast by CCTV-2 Economic Channel on February 7.
 
JC Master Provided Special Project Legal Services for a Listed Company in connection with Acquiring Mining Rights
JC Master, recently engaged by a listed company, assisted as the special counsel of acquiring mining rights in completing the acquisition of a lithium mine company in Jiangxi Province. JC Master drafted the acquisition agreement and other relevant legal documents based on the due diligence and issued special project legal opinions concerning the mining rights related to the acquisition.
 
JC Master Assisted a Real Estate Company to Complete the Trust Financing
JC Master, recently engaged by a real estate company, provided special legal services in connection with establishing a trust scheme of pooled funds for equity investment. The company raised about RMB 400 million from the trust financing scheme.
