Recently, a guarantee dispute case of a large-scale group represented by JC Master proceeded to the second instance. After hearing the case, Jiangsu Higher People’s Court adopted JC Master Counsel’s opinion and overruled the previous decision because of ill-defined fact and insufficient evidence and violation of regulatory procedures. The case has been remanded for retrial under the Wuxi Intermediate People’s Court. The case involves more than RMB 35 million.
