Lawyer of JC Master Won the Third Prize of “Jiangsu Lawyers’ Calligraphy, Painting, Photography Exhibition”
Recently, three photographic works, “Young Lawyers During the Outward Bound,” “The Lotus Flowers Specially Red in the Shining Sun” and “Sunrise from the Due East Peak,” which were taken by Lawyer Ma Qun, the Senior Partner of JC Master, won the third prize of “Jiangsu Lawyers’ Calligraphy, Painting, Photography Exhibition for celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China and marking the 30th anniversary of the restoration and reestablishment of lawyer system.” At the same time, the three prize-winning works have been incorporated into the collection of excellent works of Jiangsu Lawyers’ Calligraphy, Painting, Photography Exhibition.

JC Master Provides Legal Service in connection with Transfer of a Sports Player
Recently, JC Master, engaged by the relevant sports authorities in Jiangsu Province, provided legal service in connection with the transfer of a sports player. The registration of sports players for the 12th National Games has started and will close by the end of June. JC Master, as the Special Project Legal Counsel of this transfer, provided relevant legal advisory, drafted legal documents for the player transfer and will assist relevant authorities in the future negotiation.
JC Master Provides Legal Service for a Port along the Yangtze River
JC Master, as the Legal Counsel of a Port along the Yangtze River which is basis of the National Strategy of the Coastal Development, has established a special team with Justin Ma, the Senior Partner of JC Master, as the project leader. JC Master will provide a series of legal services for the Port construction in this project. Previously, JC Master provided legal service in connection with the Port construction in several other projects.
JC Master Engaged by a Large-Scale Group Won a Case of Guarantee Dispute in the Second Instance
Recently, a guarantee dispute case of a large-scale group represented by JC Master proceeded to the second instance. After hearing the case, Jiangsu Higher People’s Court adopted JC Master Counsel’s opinion and overruled the previous decision because of ill-defined fact and insufficient evidence and violation of regulatory procedures. The case has been remanded for retrial under the Wuxi Intermediate People’s Court. The case involves more than RMB 35 million.
