Recently, Justin Ma, the Senior Partner of JC Master participated into a series of large-scale activities held by a city in Liaoning Province in connection with the development and establishment of an Industrial Park. The Governor of Liaoning Province, the government leaders of the city, and a large-scale Japanese delegation of economy and trade which consists of 76 Japanese entrepreneurs led by the financial and enterprise leaders in Japan, took part in the activities.
In the past 6 months, the legal group led by Justin Ma provided a series of legal services for the development and establishment of the Industrial Park, including designing the profit model, establishing the foreign and domestic legal structures, drafting legal documents, coordinating with the government and the Japanese entrepreneurs, and participation into negotiations.
On July 1, 2009, the State Council discussed and passed in principle the Development Plan of the Coastal Economic Area of Liaoning Province. The plan to prosper the economy of the coastal area of the “Five Key Cities and One Line” in Liaoning Province became the national strategy.
