JC Master delivered a speech at the GEM training session for Jiangsu-based enterprises
On November 30, 2010 GEM training session for Jiangsu-based enterprises was jointly hosted by Jiangsu Finance Office and Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau in the Suzhou Industry Park. Two hundred and thirty representatives from thirteen cities in Jiangsu attended the training session. Experts and professionals, such as Xiaoshu Feng and Chunhui Cheng from Issuance Department of the CSRC and Jian Gong from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, introduced in detail the issuance and review idea for listing on the GEM and operational procedures. On December 6, 2010, Nanjing Red Sun Co., Ltd’s proposal for material assets reorganization by issuing shares to buy assets won conditional approval from the Review Committee of Merger, Acquisition and Reorganization of Listed Companies of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. JC Master engaged by the offeror advised on this material assets reorganization.
Red Sun conducted this material assets reorganization by issuing shares directionally to Nanyinong Group to buy its three companies’ 100% equity respectively.

On December 7, 2010, Jiangsu Kuangda Automobile Textile Group, Inc (“Jiangsu Kuangda”) was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 002516. Jiangsu Kuangda issued fifty million shares and raised capital of one billion yuan, mainly used in the project of importing shuttle less loom to produce high-grade automobile interior fabric and producing the colored differential fiber for decorating automobile.
